Hock Hochheim Studies and Observations 3) The DMS Impact Strikes Strikes should be conservative in their delivery, yet as powerful as possible. Do not retract too far to deliver, or over-swing if you miss your target. Hit training objects as hard as possible to experience real, impact shock. The impact weapon strikes with the shaft, the tip and the handle.
